The cleaniness of the room, excellent shower, comfort of the beds and the provision in the room of a kettle so that one could make hot drinks. Proper cups/mugs rather than plastic cups would have been good but this is a small point. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Really enjoyed our reasonably sized rooms in this place.
The breakfast was varied and satisfactory and there were a lot of options.

Good and lovely location not far from Gare du norde train station, restaurants, bistros, pharmacy, metro, and France, walking distance from Halle Saint-Pierre. Delicious and great food. Nice design, fantastic service in the entire hotel
Not particularly helpful staff!

Hotel was opened week before we arrived. It is a small hotel with extremely helpful staff. We were upgraded to the deluxe rooms and even giving a chance to select room locations. Rooms are small like everywhere in Paris but everything is new. Free wifi in rooms is a big bonus. At the time of the stay the breakfast room was partly under construction but hotel was offering coffee/tea/juice with croissants for free to be taken to the room if wanted. There are close by many restaurants and coffee shops aswell as few supermarkets. Metro station (Chateau Rouge) is also close by. Would really return to this hotel.

Tiny and clean room, friendly staff. Near the subway station.
Poor wifi. If you prefer a L-size room, don't pick this as an option.

Excellent location, close to metro, and to Montmartre area. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Contrary to the description there was no bar, nor was there a lounge of any kind. There was no safety deposit box in any of the rooms (we had chosen a deluxe room in order to have one. The wifi did not work in our bedroom The mini bar was empty (although soft drinks were provided on request) The lift was barely big enough for 1 person and a small suitcase. Breakfast was very expensive for what it was. There were no facilities to store luggage once you had checked out. The manager reluctantly agreed to let us leave items in the reception area until 1.00 but not ideal if catching a late train back to the UK

would love to return
The Superior Double Room with Balcony was cozy, with a tv, minibar, and warm heating. You get a lovely inner courtyard view and free toiletries. Staff were very helpful, and it's a short walk to Sacré-Cœur. The breakfast room was cute but a bit pricey. Would love to explore nearby cafes next time.

Good location, neat and clean rooms with water boiler.
Expensive breakfast, not enough coffee and teabags in the room (2 each for 3 persons) which were only refilled after cleaning of the room. It would have been nice to have known the address of the parking garage before arrival. Bathroom was very small for a 3 person room.

Very nice new rooms and bathrooms
The location is not the greatest for just walking out to restaurants and shops.. But then again I just was not used to that area..
